"A little too hands off, poor communication, very quiet and bland coaching style. Very knowledgeable about the game, and very cool guy, just stretched a little thin between his full-time job and coaching to put in the excitement and extra organization needed to be a 10/10 coach. He also has a hard time having a backbone and disciplining girls that are setting bad examples, and doesn’t put emphasis on the important things outside of softball, like grades or workouts. Cool guy, but doesn’t hold girls accountable for anything outside of games, and then is often hypocritically upset when players perform poorly during games. It’s things like nutrition, workouts, academics, team-building, etc. that turns good players into a great team and he doesn’t put any attention into those things."
