"I’ve never had a coach this deep in my personal life but then barely actually coach me or help me get better. Like, he’s mad invasive, always in people’s business, talks way too much, super unprofessional. But yeah, he knows wrestling, I’ll give him that. Any kid I’ve seen try to leave the program, he goes out of his way to trash them and basically burn that bridge completely. It’s weird. He wants to be a head coach so bad, but honestly, the way he acts is gonna block that every time. He’s always stirring stuff up with the coaching staff too. My group watched it happen twice now. He’ll do whatever he can to make the head coach look bad. It just makes everything tense and awkward in the room. And the way he handles athletes is off. It feels like he’s developing guys just so he can say their success is because of him, not because he actually cares about their future. Like, he’ll literally train someone else to beat you, then be in your corner hyping you up like none of that just happened, calling you “his guy.” It’s fake and everyone can see it after your around him for a while.
