"Understand that college basketball is a business. Yet, if it is a business wouldn’t you care about your ‘workers’ or ‘players’? Mental health is NOT a concern. If you do share certain mental health factors, he WILL use it against you. Oh, and he loves to use manipulation. Team culture is great as everyone is in the same boat. However, he chooses favorites. Coaching style is military style, lots of yelling and dragging down. Little encouragement. "
