"Lost on sideline. Plays favorites. In her defense, her one good assistant was fired for misconduct off the field. Other assistant doesn’t bring anything to the table. Preaches being close team but then divides with how she plays favorites. No adjustments. Fairfield coaches were laughing at them at the end of the game. "

"Favoritism is a huge part of the lacrosse program, even if it hurts the team performance. She cares about people outside of lacrosse (for the most part) but when it comes to the sport she frequently plays the people she likes even when they shouldn’t be on the field. At times she can be great and very supportive but there is also a lot of hostility and poor motivational speech attempts that usually create tension. "
