"Zero practice planning. Little to NO film, Zero study halls, zero time spent on campus before or after practice, verbally abusive, top performers, loved teammates, and captains to quit or leave. Demotivates, negative reinforcement, poor language use, liar—does not uphold his word. Not committed. Informed players of whether we had 7am practice later than 10pm regularly, cancelled practice regularly, avoids coaching in the rain, does not use come close to using the full CARA hours. He is a bully, he has a massive ego, he is disrespectful— calling his players “useless,” a “waste of his time.” “if you could shoot underhand you’d be down the road at Syracuse.” Saying “you guys can’t shoot” pregame. The list goes on and on. He disrespects and yells at refs ALL GAME, even before the first whistle he will begin calling a jump on the face-off, and it will not end until the refs are out of sight. Do not let this man near your program, your boys, men, or anyone else where he is meant to coach, and mentor. He is a good recruiter, and has a decent offensive playbook. He could be a recruiter and an assistant coach at best."
