"Extremely unprofessional. He throws fits like a toddler during games, has zero accountability for his own actions, and is dishonest with players
He says one thing and does another and leaves the players wondering what’s true
There is zero plan given out, practice time is sent out day-of and there is no itinerary or practice plan at all "
"Constant yelling and screaming. Will slam things if hitting a ball where it’s pitched. Very negative environment in a game. Players hate playing for him but love the game. Practice environment is good, but during games turns into a completely different person. "
"Coach Anderson is a great coach. He truly cares about his players and will do absolutely anything that they need. He is always there to help you if needed. He's also very good at keeping the game simple,m and efficient. He's a very chill person and fun to be around, but he knows when it's time to get serious on the field. I will say that he gets extremely intense during games, but that's the only thing that I have to warn people about. You might be intense during the games, but as soon as it's over he shows us how much he cares. Coach Anderson is awesome"
