"Its time you get off your high horse! You are not what one would classify as a good coach and the saddest part is you aren’t even respected by your athletes. You need to take a long look in the mirror and quit blaming others for your lack of knowledge and seek accountability. Talking bad about your players to other players is not only unacceptable, but it also shows just how immature you truly are. Manipulating stats is a whole other issue that I am sure Creighton’s Athletic Director should be made aware of. As a head coach that cannot make decisions during games and is constantly seeking this from your assistants truly brings light to the quote “fake it, until you make it.” It is baffling that you have made it to the level you have and somehow have found a way to keep a coaching job. I pray for all the incoming freshman. They have no idea the amount of crazy they are getting ready to step into. If you have other options I strongly recommend you revisit them before being coached by Krista Wood! "

"Divide & Conquer type of leadership. Starters matter, others do not. Talks negatively to players, about other players. Staff splits. Mentality is of those she surrounds self with- 18 to 21yr Olds. Provides extremely harsh public criticism, enjoys humiliation tactics & wants to see players breakdown & cry. Physical Military type punishment & intimidation in retaliation for losing games. Huge ego and cannot accept accountability for own self. Blames others. She always asks assistant coach ,what to do in game situations & who to start. She will manipulate official stats to make or break players. If you are on her good side, you are golden. If she doesn't think you are starter material, you will be ignored with no further development & then your scholarship reduced or removed at end of season. She has given away a starters' jersey number (without any indication to said player) when she found a better player out of the transfer portal. "
