"When I first met Niki, I have to admit that I was fooled by her facade. If there is anything I can say she is good at, it would be hiding her true intentions and milking every last drop out of her swimmers until they are of no use to her. I do not want to turn this review into a list of all the things she is bad at, because the list will go on forever. I will rather breakdown who she is as a person, her intentions, and her morals. Niki is not interested in seeing you grow as an athlete and person, as she likes to reiterate (facade). You feel like an employee to her, and as soon as you do not provide any value to her then she feels nothing to replace you and find someone else to milk. You are there for her own personal gain, there is no true relationship to building. She does not care for YOU as a swimmer but instead cares about what you can DO FOR HER as a swimmer and thus that’s how she will treat you. Since this is a review, I need to be fair. Majority of people in the world possess these character traits I have mentioned. It’s a very human thing. The sad part about Niki is that she for some reason chose to be a swimming coach, which is a people’s job, and to be a good coach you have to be able to care for your swimmers as if they are your own children. As I said, she is human, it’s just a pity that she found her away into a job that is for special people, and she is just not special. Her swimmers pay the price for this flaw she has. To whoever reads this review, I believe this breakdown I have given you will be more helpful in making an informed decision than if I just explained how she coaches, what her coaching style is etc. How she is as a person is reflected in the team, her coaching and everything. So by knowing her, you will be able to answer any question you might have."
