I also was able to listen and watch interaction with the girls, His volleyball players and various staff members on multiple occasions. He always came across as professional, approachable and motivational in his court demeanor and instructional manner. In watching his game court side presence I found him to be inspirational as a sports fan, parent of an athlete and youth coach."
