"Jimmy is an excellent game manager on the baseball field and runs a very solid and organized program. His practices are efficient and he understands what it takes to create a winning team. He focuses more on correcting the mental mistakes over the physical mistakes, which makes him easy to play for if you can stay focused and alert. He cares about smart baseball. His downfall is not having a solid support staff to help him. As a former outfielder, he is in desperate need of an infield and pitching coach, and his only current assistant coach is not very useful. "
