He does it by squirreling away personal info on players that he picks up during conversations. The player who gives up the most info, becomes his favorite, If you're the favorite informant today, he will eventually drop you. If you never divulge anything, he will target you harder for sport. It's like he lives to create chaos. If considering this program, don't. The trajectory of your life could depend on it. Contact players who used to play for him and transferred out or quit vball. They will help you get a real sense of the program. Don't rely on feedback from players he recommends you talk to. They can't be honest."

Picks favorites-the emotionally weak girls-to be moles for him and rewards them with play time. Awful person. Dishonest. Abusive. Not one redeeming quality. Could have gone to NCAA but chose not to bc having his faves stroke his ego is more important. Advice#1 do NOT play for him or go to BC to play volleyball #2 if you do-A LOT of butt kissing will go alonngggg way and have your family do the same and be the snitch-and you will be play. But you will be playing with a team of talented-but miserable girls-so you will never win. Totally pathetic. On the other side-the only thing that can help him is God and prayer. Don’t wanna think about judgement day for him. "
