"My experience playing under this coach was unfortunately very discouraging. Throughout my time on the team, I often felt belittled and singled out rather than supported or motivated. There were moments where I was publicly criticized for mistakes, while others received praise for similar efforts, which created an inconsistent and discouraging environment. On several occasions, the coach made comments and gestures that were unprofessional and undermined my confidence as a player. Instead of fostering growth, the atmosphere felt negative and driven by control rather than mentorship. I value constructive criticism and accountability, but the approach taken here was neither motivating nor developmental — it diminished my love for the game and made the overall experience difficult. I would not choose to play under this kind of leadership again."
