"Unfortunately it would not let me put less than one star. This coach should not be around young people and have the opportunity to ruin their experience as a student athlete. I have never seen a coach ruin a program as quick as this coach. Started with team in middle of table and within 5 years had them dead last. She had some really good players and seemed to have no clue how to utilize them. Really gave credence to the statement that you don’t have to be a good coach to coach college soccer. Putting the actual knowledge deficiency of the game to the side, she might be a worse human being than a coach. Bullying players, favoritism of others, unaware on how to support people, gossiping about players to others, spying on players, have other players try to spy for her are just a few things. You could literally write a book on how not to treat people after experiencing her tactics. "

"I would not recommend this coach to anyone. I played with her for about three years. Each year kept getting consecutively worse until I had enough and ended up leaving. During the recurring process, she seemed very caring and passionate, but until I started school there is when I realized it was all a front. If you’re not one of her favorites then she will absolutely despise you. Doesn’t matter how good you are, if she doesn’t like you she will tear you down time after time, make practice/workouts/games miserable. She makes it known who her favorites are and will compare you to those individuals. She doesn’t necessarily care about individual grades, she cares about the teams GPA average. If the team has above a certain average, then she gets recognized and gets rewarded. I honestly cannot remember a single good memory from that place. The team culture was poor, there was continuous drama, players were not playing as a team, and the coach was in the middle of it all. She started making team bonding mandatory a couple times a week, I’m assuming to try to get everyone to get along? However, that got the team no where, really just added more drama to the mix. Honestly, I’m not even sure how she’s still a coach there she would only watch professional soccer so she would try to make her practices be set up as if we were professional players and then she’d expect us to play like that in a game and we absolutely got torn apart. It never worked in practice and I’m not even sure why she would think it would work during a game. Several players went to the AD with valid complaints and showed proof of messages and things being said about players and all she got was a slap on the wrist. This is all coming from personal experience! It took me 2 years after quitting to remember why I loved playing in the first place! "

"As a former player here, I cannot in good conscience recommend this coach to anyone. She was a bully to several players on the team including myself. The team culture was very messy to due her coaching as she had her favorites & had her players who she did not like (& she was not afraid to tell you those names either). As a coach she is extremely degrading, a very negative person in general. I honestly cannot share one single good memory that I have with her after playing there for 3 years. "
