"Doesn’t care about the mental health of athletes. Only will do something if it’s for her own personal gain ex: (quitting her coaching position to go somewhere else in the middle of the season) . Shows extreme favoritism to certain athletes especially if they look a certain way so they get more opportunities. Is not personable at all. Encourages athletes to go up against each other, specifically upperclassman and lower class men with sports hazing "
