"Very direct and responsive but lacks caring for students, likely due to his young age and inexperience with leadership. Everything is cut and dry with him so he lacks the ability to motivate or inspire. Suggest you keep your athlete away from Caleb, unless you don’t mind it all being about him. He forgets he’s now on the other side and no longer the player that’s supposed to be looking out for others. "
