"We as a family believed that he cared for our family and recruitment by bringing us on an official visit and being very responsive to us. However, last minute he went another way and set it via an email suddenly with no other communication. Very poor recruiting wise so be wary. His team was not doing well the entire time he was at Dartmouth as well and through his coaching style it did not improve as he was too relaxed for an Ivy League coach. "

"I don't think Mark was very honest during my recruiting process, which led me to commit more to Dartmouth and leave other coaches waiting whilst he was holding off for someone else. I felt misled and believed he was not honest throughout the process. However, I think as a coach he was strong at coaching and led good team practices and the team were very conditioned and fit. He very much cares about academics too! He did also seem to care about his team and knew a lot about their personal lives which was good."
