"Strange personality, always looking to punish his team or individuals if not in line with his demands. He wants “Yes sir” people around him and anybody trying to prove him wrong will be eliminated from his team. Average knowledge, not trying to understand and motivate his players. Nice, sweet talk on recruiting stage and once in the team expect hell and lots of disciplinary action that will affect your passion for sport. These are not empty words, they’re coming from someone that faced this experience and got cancelled for no reason. He can succeed to destroy you mentally. I can give him all stars review for that. Be aware!!!"
