"This coach was not effective. As the head coach, he blamed losses on the players but made minimal coaching adjustments. He only coached a small portion of the team. He allowed bullying to continue on the team. When he was asked about the bullying situation, he was dishonest. On the positive side, he communicated information to the team pretty well. "
