She holds certain people to an unbelievably high standard and is upset when those standards are not met. She has favorites on the team and makes exceptions for those she favors that other girls other wise would not have. She also gossips with players about other players. She has created a very toxic environment and team charisma has suffered due to it. She is not competitive at all and the record clearly shows that. Her coaching decisions are completely irrational and she puts her feelings in front of rational decision making. Overall, my time playing under her has been miserable and unsatisfactory. "
