"Coach Conley is a coach that I would want my daughter to play for. She comes from an amazing softball background and knows what it takes to win on and off the field. Winning is important and without a doubt she knows how to do that. While that is important I think the most admirable thing she brings to the field as a coach is preparing young women for life after softball. Being a student athlete is extremely challenging and often coaches can focus on just winning. Coach Conley cares about her players emotional and mental health at a level most coaches should aspire to. Softball will come to an end but life doesn’t. The real challenges appear in the real world after softball and Coach Conley does an amazing job at preparing players for that part of their life. I would have my daughter play for Coach Conley no questions asked. "

"Highly would not recommend. This coach is very manipulative and tells you what they think you want to hear instead of the truth. They are also very focused on the division of softball they played and how they can use that to make themselves feel more successful than others. This coach also finds every way possible to tear down players as athletes and people if they do not fit their agenda. They have talked badly about players to other players on the the team multiple times. And anytime and concerns or issues are addressed the individual is yelled at until they apologize for even bringing up concerns. -1000/10 would not recommend. "
