"If BC is recruiting you… RUN!!!! This woman loves to turn girls against each other on the team and feeds off of drama. Her motto “All in” is weaponize against the girls and if your life isnt 100% lacrosse 100% of the time she discards you. She does not support girls outside of college and will not help prepare you for your career. I can rattle off dozens of stories of how she has mentally tormenting girls - causing many to have SEVERE eating disorders, resorting to drugs to improve performance and lose weight after she called them overweight, and mentally abuse girls by telling them they are terrible people who will end up as failures. At least a dozen girls have gone to the AD about her but nothing was done bc they are a failing sport program and lacrosse is the only successful sport there. The environment she fosters is so toxic and middle school like. She has every single girl walking on eggshells at all times. I’ve never met someone as disorganized as her either and she makes every travel trip miserable. She will favorite the girls whose parents will donate to her program because she is so money hungry and egotistical. She is emotionally abusive and will constantly berate girls until their breaking point and then will give you a sliver of hope just to knock you down again. It does not matter of you are really good and work really hard she ALWAYS picks someone to tear down. One year during practices she would label the starters “BC strong” and any other girl was called “BC Weak” and she constantly used that term to your face. If you want your daughter to be happy and learn lessons from collegiate sports that will translate to her career, then RUN. If you want to constantly hear her cry on the phone and tell you how miserable she is then send her here because that is guaranteed. Yet this happens time and time again, and the AD is VERY well aware of it yet he covers it all up. Some day this case will break and it will be BU 2.0. "
