He yells a lot at players and umpires when on the field to the point where it is uncomfortable for both players and fans. If you want evidence, please look at his behavior during the 2025 NCAA Regionals. He was ejected from the game due to his behavior during the most important game of the program's history. He doesn't take input from his assistant coaches. He runs the team like a dictator. He yells at players constantly. There is no coaching, just belittling. His assistant coaches input is not utilized. He turned a high performing, high academic program into a wannabe D1 program, which does not work at the DIII level. Do not play for this coach. "
