"Coach Kasper loves the sport and she loves her players. I lost the love for lacrosse before I played for Kasper and she has helped me find it again. As an injured player on her team at one point, so utilized me and gave me confidence to start speaking up on the sidelines. She always listens to the trainers and helps me do what is best for me and my recovery, She will expect your absolute best 24/7 and she knows when you are not giving it your all and will call you out on it. If you want a coach who actually cares and expects you to push your hardest, play for Kasper. If you want to goof around and half a*s it, she's not the coach for you. She will run you a lot, but to play our schedule... you need it. The two main flaws she has as a head coach is that she tends to get too involved in personal lives of players which causes other players to feel she is playing favorites and she lacks follow through. She has a bunch of great ideas to implement on and off the field, but they seem to slip through the cracks. Overall, a good coach worth playing for if you are a hard worker. If you want good team culture, play for Kasper. Our team culture is amazing. "
