"She is not a good leader and doesn't know how to coach. Coach Wilson does not move or position players as needed. She gets ideas stuck in her mind and in spite of them not working out, she doesn't make changes to her lineups. She fails at having honest conversations and plays her 'favorites'. She ignores the coaching staff and doesn't include them for any meaningful input - several have left within a short period of time. If she is still coaching at Stonehill, don't go there to play. "
