"This coach is hyper fixated on swimmers breaking records and winning overall. All of these things are good but at what cost? This coach is not approachable and not easy to talk to. He likes to make a lot of jokes to the point you cannot tell when he is joking and makes it uncomfortable. As a swim coach he can make good sets for swimming but his dry land workouts need improvement as well as his taper program. He hardly works on team culture, the team is very divided. He is selective on who he decided to accommodate for regarding academics. He is still very young and inexperienced."
