"Andy was very honest throughout the whole recruiting process. He also visited me in my home country and made a big effort to get to know me and see me play so that was great. He was genuinely interested in me and my family as a whole. He has a more direct coaching style which I personally prefer but that also can come across as uncaring in certain situations."
