He takes time tk make then understand what their journey will he and when they arrive, helps guide them through the peaks and valleys of being a college student. "Coach Pla has taken his time making sure I understand the technical and fundamental parts of my game. As I have grown, he has allowed me to feel more freedom to let my natural ability take over. It has made me a better player overall. He cares about us on but most importantly off the field and wants to see us all succeed everywhere we are. He really knows his baseball and is always learning about the game. You can tell his passion for the game because he shows it in everything he does. He's the best coach I have ever had. "
