"She fosters a toxic atmosphere through constant belittling, clear favoritism, and a lack of understanding of in-game strategy. Her poor decisions often cost the team key moments, yet she rarely takes responsibility. Instead of building team chemistry, she thrives on division—playing favorites and turning players against each other through manipulation and gossip. This creates an environment filled with tension, where players are more focused on surviving her criticism than growing as athletes or teammates."

"This coach created one of the most toxic environments I’ve ever experienced. She constantly tears players down rather than builds them up. Her words have genuinely affected the mental health of many athletes on the team. While she may have some knowledge of the game itself, she lacks empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead in a healthy way. Her version of “tough love” is just mentally abusive and demeaning. I would never recommend her to anyone looking to grow as both an athlete and a person."

"I couldn’t even pick 5 of the choices above. She is the most negative “leader” of a coach i anyone has ever had. I know many that have had the worst mental health of there life because of the words that have came out of her mouth. She is educated in the physical part of the sport but emotional and mental side is all fake. If she truly cared she’d care about the way she makes others feel."

"The coach is mentally abusive and disorganized, which makes it difficult to focus and improve. She has a very low understanding of softball and, despite preaching about the importance of mental health, show little regard for the well-being of the players. Her actions create an unhealthy environment for everyone involved."
