"Does Coach Bart talk a lot, yes, does it get tiring, yes, does he do things that make absolutely no sense sometimes, also yes. However, with that said, Coach Bart cares about each and every member of the squad not just as an athlete, but as a person. He will leave his wife and daughter to unlock the erg room for you at 7am on a Sunday if you asked him to. His coaching on the water can be a little annoying at times when he is yelling at you during steady state, or talking through a drill that is suppose to be silent, but he coaches everyone. He is not the type of coach that lets the assistants do everything with the lower boats, and only deals with the 1V. He also helped develop one of the best and closest team cultures I have ever seen in a team. Over all, yes, Coach Bart can get annoying at times, however, you would not be able to find a coach anywhere else that cares about coaching you, or how to are doing mentally more than Coach Bart does.
