"10 seasons has not gotten any better never changes out her players even when loosing 20-0 which is a typical game score. Has no team bonding makes promises and doesn’t follow thru has terrible communication with her players very toxic team environment she feeds into team drama instead of putting an end to it. Allows players to be outcasted and bullied if you want to get playing time and win games don’t expect it here she picks her starters regardless of how good or bad they are and that’s that nothing changes she’s not a positive coach that’s wants to teach players to get better and win she’s just okay with loosing season after season and it shows in her history."
