"Excellent recruiter and ambassador for Dartmouth football. Incredibly non-confrontational, which is a poor attribute for a head coach. Everyone knows he's not an Xs and Os guy, but I was always okay with that. He's built an incredible staff, but I never felt like I was going out and playing for Coach T, I was playing for Dartmouth College."
