I feel it should be a coaches job to elevate your players, and I did not feel this from this coach. She would ask advice and opinions then shut us down if she didn’t agree. She would talk a lot of positivity then create rather toxic situations that were then put on the players. She also does not coach the game as it is evolving. The team seems to be stuck on the way the sport used to be played rather than adapting as the game has grown. The communication and practice schedules were changing just about daily, so it was very stressful to manage a busy schedule. It has been very sad to watch the number of turnover of girls to cycle through this team. "
