"Biased towards players whose parents attended the school or live close by. Gets perks from those same parents. Has no idea what fitness, nutrition or game prep are. Has absolutely ZERO knowledge of the game. Was helped by above mentioned parents and her husband, who used to coach her, during games. Had no clue how to team bond. We had the MOST dysfunctional and disorganized group of kids in the NCAA. We were a disgrace around our conference. She was unable to teach any part of the game even though she played. Her game IQ is zero. Never gameplanned for a team, EVER. Had absolutely no clue that she was creating cliques within her own dugout. All in all, the worst experience we ever had in softball."
