He cares about his players` well-being and understands commitments that are outside of hockey (school, family, social life, etc.) A very energetic and enthusiastic coach who looks not only for skill, but character development as well. As any coach does, Chris occasionally will play favorites but when things are tight during the end of the season and playoff stretch, he knows which players can and will do what it takes to win."
