"Cares too much about being friends with the swimmers and not enough about being a good coach. Listens to team gossip and also gossips about her swimmers with other swimmers. Practices aren’t beneficial, majority of people get slow after a year or two. I would say 90% of the girls that quit (there’s always a decent sized group that quits after every season) quits because of the coach. Is very insensitive. Plays favorites. I could go on about her for hours but these are the main points. "
