"Horrible. Runs terrible selections, ignores results, thinks it's fine to humiliate athletes. Sometimes cares about fitness and sometimes doesn't, depending on who is being favoured. Disorganized, runs selections at the last minute, thinking it will help, but ends up not making a difference or even hindering the performance."
