"The practices were for the most part well run, however it was the assistant coach who really coached us. Personally didn't have a terrible experience, but I didn't feel valued as a player and there were definitely favorites. We would have trainings that didn't involve the whole team and would be at separate times from regular practice so most of the other players who didn't play or travel were not aware or invited to the private trainings. The coaches never really seemed on the same page to me and would tell me two different things. The assistant coach is more knowledge and direct however neither of them are really up front with players as why they aren't playing and what they need to work on. The team culture was kind of toxic because it was split between the travelers and non-travelers and a lot of the time the non-travelers would just stand there and watch the starting line-up during multiple training sessions.
