"My Duke Swimming family is one of the best parts of being here at Duke, but my swimming experience has been a challenge. My head coach definitely plays favorites, is not consistent in how he treats his swimmers, and is not the most understandable when it comes to injuries and school work. If you love having close teammates, and are able to coach yourself - fully recommend DST; if you require motivation and a hands on coach - maybe look at other options."
