"Lacks the personable, caring, human-to-human qualities of coaching. He has a good understanding of Doubles, but has a “one size fits all” mentality about the rest of the game. Rather than working on a player’s individual strengths and weaknesses, he tries to force everyone to be the same. He changes the lineup on a weekly basis depending on which player’s parents are coming to watch the match, and makes irrationally impulsive decisions at practice and on match days. I learned some tactical things about the game from him, but next to nothing technical. Overall, If you are looking for a coach to build a meaningful relationship with and to grow as a player and person, I would not recommend. "
