"Not sure how to sum up how I feel as a parent concerning this coach and coaching staff. I will deal with what I know and facts. Terrible team culture, this staff allows 2 players in particular bully other players. When confronted with these facts they minimize what is actually happening. Lots of turnover in players usually leaving after one year either transfer or they stop playing the sport. Routinely pits players against each other. Staff promises parents and players that if they come to the school they will gain a starting position. The list of things go on and on. I could fill the page but wont bore you. If your a parent or player please be careful and reconsider this school for volleyball. Additionally, the AD has been told by players through exit interviews of what is occurring but has done little to nothing about what has transpired over several years. Players are told to lie to visiting recruits about team culture. If the currents players tell the truth they are threatened with being removed from the team."
