"Her Instagram page is very indicative of her coaching style. However she can be honest to a fault, where at one practice I was told I would never be good enough to be a top boat contender. Always open to talk about progress and technique improvement though. Her first year coaching with me on the team she even erged a workout with us, and beat 95% of us, so she can definitely walk the talk. "
