"What a terrible experience all around. A total disappointment. I wouldn’t even have given 1 star but wasn’t able to submit this until I did. "

Poor Communication Disorganized
"Our experience with this baseball organization was incredibly disappointing. From the very beginning, we were given the impression that this program had strong connections and opportunities that simply never materialized. The expectations that were set during the recruiting process did not match the reality once the season started. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Parents were constantly left wondering where we were supposed to be, what uniforms the players were expected to wear, whether games or plans had changed, and sometimes whether we’d even have a coach. Basic information that should have been communicated well in advance often wasn’t. When coaches did show up, it was common for them to arrive only 5–10 minutes before game time. There were even occasions where players and parents were waiting while the coach was still in the parking lot, and at times coaches were reportedly still in their cars just minutes before games while the director was searching for them. There were also instances where coaches appeared to be asleep in their cars shortly before games were scheduled to begin. Meanwhile, the kids were left on the field playing hacky sack instead of properly warming up. That left the players with little to no preparation or instruction before taking the field, and pitchers in particular were not given adequate warm-ups, which led to arm discomfort and concerns about player safety. It was frustrating to watch the players—who work hard and deserve better—be put in that position. Another concern was roster size. Teams were carrying 15–17 players, making it obvious that not every child was going to receive meaningful playing time. It felt like collecting roster fees was prioritized over giving every player a fair opportunity to develop and contribute. The players deserved organization, preparation, communication, and leadership. Unfortunately, those things were consistently lacking throughout our experience. I would strongly encourage parents to ask detailed questions about roster sizes, coaching availability, communication expectations, and player development before committing their time and money. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this organization."

Poor Communication Disorganized
"No connections, no ability to follow through, all talk and no action. Don’t believe the hype. He will give you a song and dance of all he’ll do for your ballplayer, but he’s an empty suit with precious few connections in the baseball world. Failed former cop who’s more interested in making money, overloads rosters with 15,16, 17 kids just to make a buck but hurts kids with playing time. Other coaches are complete embarrassments. If your team has good parents, they will end up running things and saving the season. Oh cand don’t get me started on the religion stuff they hype. 100% window dressing and marketing tactic. Not a religious bone in his body except for his belief in the Almighty Dollar. There’s a reason he has no X followers and posts more on social media about his poor-man’s Porsche of a car and his pool behind his little home than he does about his ballplayers. Brags about commitments and has had precious few commit and only to the same two schools cuz that’s where he pitched. Total joke - a pretender who says he’s an PhliesnScout because he knows someone in the organization who said sure, you can say that, but he’s not paid, has no pull and in fact three families watches him pay a Phillies Scout to show up at a Showcase just to hype a few of his ballplayers by feigning interest in them. Other reputable organizations laugh behind his back. Only a matter of time before the org fails. Steer clear. "
