"Just don't understand how the school keeps this AD on at this point. The programs are all a mess and poorly managed if at all. the Athletic Department does NOT care about the athletes or about getting good coaching on board and the pay is well below others schools that are comparative. Don flat out lies to the athletes as well as threatens them with cutting teams if anyone speaks up about any issues. Apparently athletes are just supposed to put up with poor coaching and zero support from the school and be ok with it? Cal Poly needs a new Athletic Director ASAP! Look at the football team- they have won what, 2 games in 3 years?? Shameful! "
