All of the worst parts of a Greek life organization are embodied here: hazing scandals, academic fraud scandals, misogyny, drugs, alcohol. On the surface he seemed like a nice, soft-spoken guy. But once you get to know him you see how he promotes the negative behaviors above while using a domineering style. Will pay you lip service to your face and absolutely trash you behind your back. Immature. Skirts responsibility. Complete lack of accountability. Having gone through it you realize this is not the man or environment you ever want a person to be in. The positive is that it’s a great school with excellent students that can help you grow. But if you’re looking for that out of lacrosse, it’s just not going to happen unfortunately. Check back when they get a new coach/coaching staff as this program could skyrocket from a not-competitive-nationally program into a perennial national title contender. With this guy they really can only beat high school-caliber programs. "
