"I could not agree more about Dustin. He is not a nice person, he lies to internationals, cheats in any way he can and lies about it. He holds inappropriate conversations with his players, he destroys relationships everywhere he goes left and right. He will talk bad about everyone all the time, he will backstab you if he can. Be aware! He will change your scholarship without you knowing or giving you a reason why. In fact he should be investigate it by the NAIA because he played ineligible players last season."

"Dustin only cares about himself. He would constantly talk about about everyone around him to make himself look better when in reality he doesn't do anything soccer wise. He brings other coaches to run the sessions and give all the tactics. He got the former coach fired swearing with him things would be different and yet they were even worse. They had the worst record in years. He is a cancer anywhere he goes. He lies so much he doesn't even know what is the truth anymore."

"On the personal side Dustin will lie on your scholarship and once you are in America he will leave force you to pay different amount. He will also use foul language all the time, considering we are in a Christian university. He does not represents the values of a Christian man at all. He would make sexist comments to female refs and start fights with the bench players from the opposite team. Just check how many players transfer out after playing for him for one season. I'll save you the time. It's more than 60% of the team that leaves!! Thats a HUGE RED FLAG"
