"She has been good so far. I wish there had been more willingness to stand up for what was right with the previous staff, but now that she is supported by a stronger staff, things seem to be moving in the right direction."
"She has been on staff through two coaching changes, but as a volunteer she has not been around consistently. Because she coaches the goalies, that lack of consistency has made it hard for them to get steady feedback and real development. When she is there, she is positive, encouraging, and genuinely helpful. However, last year when serious issues were happening in the program, she stayed quiet. I understand the power imbalance and her volunteer status, but the team needed adults to speak up and advocate for us, and she did not. Overall, she seems well-intentioned, but her limited presence and silence during important moments made her impact much smaller than it should have been."
