"As the head strength and conditioning coordinator, coach Miller brings to the weight room the knowledge and skills required for a student athlete to be successful in chosen sport. Our weight programs are tailored to each athlete and according to their sport. He takes the time to educate us on all the proper forms and techniques and is patient in ensuring that we are developing and progressing at the required level. As much as he prioritized our safety and efficiency in the gym, he also understands the importance of having some accountability and pushing the athlete to be even better and stronger than they think they are capable of. I owe my success in my sport to all the progress I accomplished in the weight room under his guidance. "
"I stumbled on this program after being away from the sport for almost ten years. In the three years that I was a part of his team, he developed me as an athlete and as a person. He is incredibly decorated to his team and wants each athlete to be successful on and off the track/field. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and trained me me into accomplishing things that I couldn’t even dream I could. He not impacted me physically as an athlete but he also mentally as he helped me become more confident in myself and my ability to execute based on my preparation. My progression in my time in the program is one that when compared to any other athlete in the sport is quite impressive. I owe all of my successes in the program to his leadership and teachings. He prioritizes a positive team environment and culture where each member of the team works hard and supports each other for the overall benefit of the program. Coach Miller is by definition a great coach, cheerleader and leader and I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it weren’t for what being in his team taught me."
"Coach Miller has been my coach for the past 4 years. He is the best XC/Track coach that I have ever had. He is so easy to talk to and is always here to listen. I greatly appreciate all he has done for me and the team. He has established a great team culture and has made it a fun and exciting atmosphere. His training is amazing I came in with a mid 20 5k and now have an 18 minute 5k. His workouts are well organized. He is a very smart individual and truly understands this sport and knows how to train his athletes properly. I am so grateful for him."
