"Coach Young is awesome. She's like a second mom to her players and knows them in several other dimensions outside of lacrosse. She understands commitments to family, academics, and our lives outside of lacrosse. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about the game and cares deeply about improving the skills of each player. She is understanding, easy to talk to, and respectful to her players. Although every player doesn't see fair playing time, that is to be expected on any division I team."
