"He is a very knowledgeable person, but treats his players with disrespect often and plays favorites. He believes that you are only attending a university to play volleyball and has no regard for your academics. He often shows up late to practice, and has stormed out before without saying any words to his team. He is disrespectful, but he truly does know the game. He has an intense coaching style, and it is not for everyone, but I wish he would care for his players more and honor them instead of just tearing them down after a single mistake. Do not recommend. The team culture was awful, he turned players against each other and made us hate each other due to becoming so competitive and knew that we had to be mean to each other in order to get a spot on the court. He ruined my love for the game. "
