"The athletics department is an utter disaster and she just won't leave! She keeps saying she is going to retire so she won't do any work or hire any new people which is harming our program. She is just leaving all the problems for the next athletic director to take care of. She only wants alumni female leadership and its detrimental to the program as no new ideas are ever welcome. She ignores the athletes when they bring up concerns and pushes them off as though they don't matter. It's no wonder why so many athletes leave this school and program as no one cares. "
